摘　　要：广西芒果种质资源丰富,多年来在芒果种质资源保护政策法规体系和资源保护体系建设、保护成果产出、种质利用创新、新品种培育等方面为产业发展做出了巨大贡献,芒果种质资源保护与利用成效显著,但仍然存在保护制度不健全、长效机制未形成,共享意识薄弱、共享机制缺乏,鉴定评价滞后、开发利用效率低,管理体制尚不健全、统筹规划力度不大等问题。建议建立长期芒果种质资源保护和创新发展目标,全面普查收集芒果种质资源,加强广西芒果种质资源保护体系建设,加大芒果种质资源鉴定评价工作力度,构建合理的芒果种质资源共享机制,成立芒果育种联合攻关组,加大财政支持力度,调动科技人员积极性,健全种质资源保护管理体系,为广西芒果产业的健康发展打下坚实基础。Guangxi has plentiful mango germplasm resources.Over the years,Guangxi had made great contributions to the industrial development in the aspects of mango germplasm resources protection policy and regulation system,resource protection system establishment,outcome protection,utilization and innovation of germplasm and new variety cultivation,thus achieving remarkable results.But there were still some problems,such as incomplete protection system,lack of long-term mechanism,short of sharing consciousness and sharing mechanism,belated identification and evaluation,low development and utilization efficiency,flawed management system and insufficient overall planning.It is suggested to establish long-term mango germplasm resources protection and innovative development goals,comprehensively survey and collect mango germplasm resources,strengthen the establishment of mango germplasm resources protection system in Guangxi,facilitate the identification and evaluation of mango germplasm resources,build a reasonable mango germplasm resource sharing mechanism,establish a joint research group of mango breeding,increase financial support,mobilize the enthusiasm of scientific and technological personnel and improve the germplasm resources protection management system,so as to lay a solid foundation for the healthy development of mango industry in Guangxi.
