摘  要:为提高火电机组的调峰性能及其灵活性,在某1000MW火电机组中引入了熔盐储热系统,并提出了多种火电机组耦合熔盐储热系统方案。建立了火电机组热力学系统模型,并分析了火电机组在不同耦合方案下调峰容量、调峰深度、耦合系统热效率等,提出了最优的火电机组耦合熔盐储热系统方案。研究表明:储热阶段电锅炉加热熔盐的耦合系统热效率最高,其调峰深度可达到14.45%,与调峰深度最高的抽取主蒸汽联合电锅炉加热熔盐的方案仅相差0.34%;释热阶段取水点从除氧器至1号高加,其耦合系统热效率依次降低,在4号高加入口处取水耦合系统效率最高可达到45.86%;在不同机组负荷下,释热阶段耦合系统热效率随着机组负荷的升高呈上升趋势,耦合系统热效率最高差值为4.45%,机组负荷对调峰系统的耦合系统热效率影响不大。研究结果对火电机组耦合熔盐储热系统调峰具有指导意义。To improve the peak shaving performance and flexibility of a 1000MW thermal power unit,a molten salt heat storage system is introduced into a 1000MW thermal power unit,and a variety of coupled molten salt heat storage system schemes are proposed.Thermodynamic system models of thermal power units are established,and the peak shaving capacity,peak shaving depth and thermal efficiency of the coupling system of thermal power units are analysed under different coupling schemes.An optimal coupled molten salt heat storage system for thermal power units is proposed.The results are as follows:in the heat storage stage,the coupled systems using an electric boiler to heat molten salt has the highest thermal efficiency,and its peak shaving depth can reach 14.45%,which is only 0.34%different from the scheme of heating molten salt in the main steam extraction combined electric boiler with the highest peak shaving depth.At the heat release stage,the thermal efficiency of the coupling system decreases successively when the water intake point moves from the deaerator to the No.1 high temperature heater,and the maximum efficiency of the coupling system can reach 45.86%when the water intake point is at the inlet of the No.4 high temperature heater.Under different unit loads,the thermal efficiency of the coupling system in the heat release stage increased with increasing unit loads,and the maximum difference in the thermal efficiency of the coupling system was 4.45%.The unit load had little influence on the thermal efficiency of coupling system.The research results have guiding significance for the peak shaving of coupled molten salt heat storage systems of thermal power units.
