枸地氯雷他定辅助鼻内镜下鼻窦手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎对患者血清IL-6、TNF-α及IL-8水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探究枸地氯雷他定辅助鼻内镜下鼻窦手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎对患者血清IL-6、TNF-α及IL-8水平的影响。方法选取2020年9月~2023年1月收治的80例行鼻内镜下鼻窦手术的慢性鼻窦炎患者,按照随机数字法分为对照组(n=40)和研究组(n=40),其中对照组采用鼻内镜下鼻窦手术治疗,研究组采用枸地氯雷他定辅助鼻内镜下鼻窦手术治疗。比较两组患者炎症因子水平、不良反应发生情况以及视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分,评判临床疗效。结果研究组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组IL-8、TNF-α、IL-6水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组流涕、闭塞、面部疼痛、头痛、嗅觉减退方面VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组流涕、闭塞、面部疼痛、头痛、嗅觉退减方面VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应总发生2例,对照组不良反应总发生8例,研究组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论枸地氯雷他定辅助鼻内镜下鼻窦手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者效果较好,可有效改善患者临床症状,降低炎症因子水平,具有较高的安全性。Objective To investigate the effects of desloratadine citrate disodium assisted endoscopic sinus surgery on serum levels of IL-6,TNF-α and IL-8 in patients with chronic sinusitis.Methods 80 patients with chronic sinusitis who underwent endoscopic sinus surgery in a hospital from September 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=40)and study group(n=40)according to random number method.The control group was treated with endoscopic sinus surgery,and the study group was treated with desloratadine citrate disodium assisted endoscopic sinus surgery.The levels of inflammatory factors,occurrence of adverse reactions and VAS scores of the two groups were compared to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of IL-8,TNF-α and IL-6 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-8,TNF-α and IL-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference of VAS scores of runny nose,block,facial pain,headache and hyposmia in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS scores of runny nose,block,facial pain,headache and hyposmia in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 2 cases of adverse reactions in the study group and 8 cases in the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Deloratadine citrate disodium assisted endoscopic sinus surgery is effective in the treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and
