摘 要:目的比较两种加热方式对不同类型载玻片在冰冻切片中防脱片效果的影响。方法比较市售常见的3种类型载玻片的防脱片效果,再对脱片情况较严重的载玻片进行加热处理(加热方式分别为贴片后加热和边加热边贴片),并对加热前后的脱片率进行对比。结果粘附载玻片的防脱片效果最好,病理载玻片次之,普通载玻片脱片严重。经加热后,病理载玻片和普通载玻片脱片率明显降低,且边加热边贴片的防脱片效果明显优于贴片后加热。结论粘附载玻片的防脱片效果最好,是做冰冻切片的首选。对载玻片进行加热处理可有效降低冰冻切片的脱片率,且边加热边贴片的防脱片效果明显优于贴片后加热。Objective To compare the influences of two heating methods on the anti-sections shedding effect of the different types of glass slides.Methods The anti-sections shedding effect of 3 types of glass slides commonly sold on the market was compared,then the glass slides with serious shedding conditions were heated(heating methods were heating after pasting sections and heating while pasting sections),and the shedding rate before and after heating was compared.Results The adhesive slide had the best anti-sections shedding effect,followed by the pathological slide,and the ordinary slide had serious sections shedding.After heating,the shedding rates of pathological slide and ordinary slide significantly reduced,and the anti-sections shedding effect of heating while pasting sections was significantly better than that heating after pasting sections.Conclusion The adhesive slide has the best anti-sections shedding effect,and is the first choice for frozen sections.Heating the glass slides can effectively reduce the shedding rate of frozen sections,and the anti-sections shedding effect of heating while pasting sections is significantly better than that heating after pasting sections.
