摘　　要：目的探究护理专案行动干预在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年10月至2021年10月的100例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分成对照组和试验组,各50例。对照组采取常规护理,试验组接受护理专案行动干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,试验组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平、焦虑、抑郁、压力评分低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平、糖尿病自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)各维度评分及总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的不良妊娠结局总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理专案行动干预可提升妊娠期糖尿病患者的自我管理行为,改善心理状况,调节糖脂水平。Objective To explore the application effect of nursing project action intervention in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received nursing project action intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose levels,glycosylated hemoglobin,total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C)levels,anxiety,depression and stress scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,while the high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C)level,scores of each dimension and total score of Summary of Diabetes Self-Care Activities(SDSCA)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing project action intervention can enhance the self-management behavior of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,improve the psychological status,and regulate the levels of glucose and lipid.
