摘　　要：目的探讨基于Snyder希望理论的护理干预结合Orem自护理论对肛周脓肿术后患者心理弹性及自护能力的影响。方法选取2020年9月至2022年9月收治的86例肛周脓肿术后患者,以数字法随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用基于Snyder希望理论的护理干预结合Orem自护理论干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)和自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的功能领域、总体健康领域评分均高于对照组,症状领域评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于Snyder希望理论的护理干预结合Orem自护理论可提高肛周脓肿术后患者的心理弹性、自护能力及生活质量,减少并发症。Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention based on Snyder's hope theory combined with Orem's self-care theory on the psychological resilience and self-care ability of patients with perianal abscess after operation.Methods From September 2020 to September 2022,86 patients with perianal abscess after operation were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group by digital method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on Snyder's hope theory combined with Orem's self-care theory intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)and Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of functional areas and overall health areas in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of symptom areas were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on Snyder's hope theory combined with Orem's self-care theory can improve the psychological resilience,self-care ability and quality of life of patients with perianal abscess after operation,and reduce complications.
