摘  要:本研究以热带玉米骨干自交系T32和QR273构建的F_(2∶3)家系为材料,运用高通量GBS测序技术对其进行基因型鉴定,结合该群体在两个不同环境下的籽粒相关性状评价结果,利用完备区间作图法,共定位到52个控制玉米籽粒相关性状的QTL,其中粒长相关QTL 17个,粒宽相关QTL 24个,百粒重相关QTL 11个,可解释1.44%~14.48%的表型变异。其中3个主效QTL分别位于第1、2、10号染色体上,贡献率分别为14.48%、12.00%、10.21%。利用生物信息学分析,筛选出控制籽粒相关性状的候选基因3个,分别是Zm00001d02010、Zm00001d023914、Zm00001d020418,通过参与和调控植物体内各项生理活动和信号传导从而影响籽粒的大小。In this study,F_(2∶3) families constructed from tropical maize backbone inbred lines T32 and QR273 were identified by high-throughput GBS sequencing technology,and the results of grain-related traits evaluation in two different environments were combined.A total of 52 QTLs controlling grain related traits were identified by complete interval mapping,including 17 QTLs related to grain length,24 QTLs related to grain width,and 11 QTLs related to 100 grain weight,which could explain 1.44%-14.48%of phenotypic variation.Three major QTLs were located on chromosome 1,2 and 10,with contribution rates of 14.48%,12.00%and 10.21%,respectively.Three candidate genes controlling grain-related traits,Zm00001d02010,Zm00001d023914 and Zm00001d020418,were screened by bioinformatics analysis,which affected the grain size by participating in and regulating various physiological activities and signal transduction in plants.
