摘  要:以6个饲用甜高粱品种为材料,在NaCl和Na_(2)SO_(4)溶液的5个梯度比例(0(ck)、50、100、150、200 mmol/L)下进行种子萌发试验,通过测定发芽率、发芽势、芽长、根长、盐害率、株高、茎粗、干鲜比和可溶性糖含量等指标,探讨不同盐胁迫对种子萌发特性和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,随着NaCl和Na_(2)SO_(4)浓度的增加,饲用甜高粱种子的发芽率、发芽势、芽长、根长和苗期的株高、茎粗、干鲜比均逐渐降低,盐害率和可溶性糖含量逐渐增大。NaCl浓度大于100 mmol/L和Na_(2)SO_(4)大于50 mmol/L时种子的发芽率、发芽势、株高、茎粗和干鲜比显著下降(p<0.05)。NaCl浓度为200 mmol/L时,大卡、海牛和中科甜2号停止生长,而Na_(2)SO_(4)浓度大于150 mmol/L时,大卡、海牛、中科甜438号和中科甜2号停止生长,说明Na_(2)SO_(4)胁迫的危害作用较为突出。隶属函数法综合评价显示,6个品种种子的萌发期和苗期耐盐性依次为:大卡>3701>中科甜438号>中科甜2号>海牛>大力士和3701>大力士>大卡>海牛>中科甜438号>中科甜2号。综上,饲用甜高粱3701的耐盐性较强、适合盐碱地区种植。Six forage Sorghum dochna varieties were used as materials for seed germination tests under 5 gradient ratios of NaCl and Na_(2)SO_(4)solution(0(ck),50,100,150,200 mmol/L).Germination rate,germination potential,bud length,root length,salt damage rate,plant height,stem diameter,dry/fresh ratio and soluble sugar content were determined.To explore the effects of different salt stress on seed germination characteristics and seedling growth.The results showed that with the increase of NaCl and Na_(2)SO_(4)concentrations,the germination rate,germination potential,bud length,root length,plant height,stem diameter and dry-fresh ratio of forage sweet sorghum seeds gradually decreased,and the salt damage rate and soluble sugar content gradually increased.When NaCl concentration was greater than 100 mmol/L and Na_(2)SO_(4)was greater than 50 mmol/L,the germination rate,germination potential,plant height,stem diameter and dry-fresh ratio of seeds significantly decreased(p<0.05).When the concentration of NaCl was 200 mmol/L,Dakar,Manatee and Zhongketian2 stopped growing,while when the concentration of Na_(2)SO_(4)was greater than 150 mmol/L,Dakar,Manatee,Zhongketian438 and Zhongketian2 stopped growing,indicating that the harmful effect of Na_(2)SO_(4)stress was more prominent.According to the comprehensive evaluation by membership function method,the salt tolerance of the six varieties at germination and seedling stage was as follows:Dakar>3701>Zhongketian438>Zhongketian2>Manatee>Dahlix and 3701>Dahlix>Dakar>Manatee>Zhongketian438>Zhongketian2.In conclusion,the forage Sorghum dochna 3701 had strong salt tolerance and was suitable for planting in saline-alkali areas.
