摘 要:从区域经济基础、区域物流规模、区域物流设施、区域物流信息、区域物流人才5个方面构建了区域物流能力评价指标体系,运用AHP方法确定2013—2021年我国31个省份区域物流能力指标权重,并通过加权平均算法得到各年度区域物流能力。结果表明,从全国来看,2013—2021年间我国区域物流能力值总体上呈增长态势,但各省份间物流发展差距较大,为促进经济健康发展,政府部门应根据区域物流网络和产业分布特点确定区域物流基本结构与职能,加大对物流能力较低地区的政策支持,促进区域物流健康均衡发展。The evaluation index system of regional logistics capability is constructed from five aspects:Regional economic foundation,regional logistics scale,regional logistics facilities,regional logistics information and regional logistics talents.The AHP method is used to calculate weight of regional logistics capability index of 31 provinces in China from 2013 to 2021,and regional logistics capability of each year is obtained by weighted average algorithm.The results show that from a national perspective,the value of China's regional logistics capacity in 2013 to 2021 is generally increasing,but there is a large gap in logistics development among provinces.In order to promote healthy development of economy,government departments should determine basic structure and functions of regional logistics according to characteristics of regional logistics network and industrial distribution,increase policy support for areas with low logistics capacity,and promote healthy and balanced development of regional logistics.
