摘 要:打击动目标和时敏目标具有时间紧迫、空间有限和涉及要素多等特点,传统“一令一动”的指挥方式已无法满足其作战要求。受美军指挥控制、作战管理与通信系统(C2BMC)的启发,设计了一种基于流程引擎的作战管理系统。该系统作为指挥系统的源动力和桥梁纽带,可实现信息快速转发、模型智能决策、功能自动调用、装备统筹调度以及系统紧密衔接,支持作战要素灵活调度、协同作战,具备快速感知、决策、打击和评估的观察—判断—决策—行动(OODA)闭环能力。As attacking moving targets and time-sensitive targets has features of short time,limited space and more elements,the traditional command mode of “one order and one move” cannot meet the operational requirements.Inspired by U.S.command and control,battle management and communication system(C2BMC),a battle management system based on workflow engine is designed.As the power and link with the command system,the system can realize fast information forwarding,making intelligent decision with the models,automatic functions invocation,overall scheduling equipment,and closer connection among systems.It can also support flexible scheduling and cooperative engagement among operational elements,and it has the OODA(observation,orientation,decision,and action) closed-loop capability with rapid perception,making decision,strike and evaluation.
