摘  要:将聚脲材料浸泡在质量分数为5%的H_(2)SO_(4)、NaOH和NaCl三种溶液中,考察了极端条件下聚脲的力学性能和防护性能。利用GL-028型试验机与分离式霍普金森压杆进行力学性能试验,得到其在不同应变率下的应力-应变曲线,分析了聚脲材料在不同环境中浸泡前后的力学性能变化规律。结果表明:聚脲材料具有优良的耐盐、碱性能,对酸性环境比较敏感,经过酸性环境浸泡后,其拉伸强度与峰值应力分别降低了34.45%与20.3%;随着浸泡时间延长,聚脲材料的弹性模量与应力值呈增长趋势,表现出一定的依时性效应。形貌观察结果表明,其未发现明显破坏,显示出优异的耐腐蚀性能。The mechanical properties and protective performance of polyurea under extreme conditions were investigated by immersing the polyurea material in a 5%(mass fraction)solutions of H_(2)SO_(4),NaOH and NaCl.Mechanical performance tests were conducted using a GL-028 testing machine and a separated Hopkinson compression bar to obtain stress-strain curves at different strain rates.The changes in the mechanical properties of polyurea materials before and after immersion in different environments were analyzed.The results show that polyurea materials had excellent salt and alkali resistance,and were relatively sensitive to acidic environments.After soaking in acidic environments,their tensile strength and peak stress were reduced by 34.45%and 20.3%,respectively.With the prolongation of soaking time,the elastic modulus and stress of polyurea material showed an increasing trend,showing a certain time-dependent effect.The morphology observation results indicated that no significant damage was found in the polyurea,which demonstrated excellent corrosion resistance.
