摘 要:以2年生美洲荚蒾扦插幼苗为试验材料,以盆栽控水法模拟干旱环境研究水分胁迫对幼苗光合特性的影响,设置对照组和胁迫组,干旱处理30 d,分析美洲荚蒾幼苗在干旱胁迫下的光合状态。结果表明:干旱环境对幼苗吸水产生不利影响,阻碍了水分摄取,影响了光合作用的正常进行,使各项指标总体呈现下降趋势。水分利用效率在干旱胁迫初期虽有上升趋势,但随着胁迫程度加深,无论是在中期还是后期,都出现明显下降趋势。Taking two-year-old Viburnum trilobum seedlings as experimental materials,the effect of water stress on the photosynthesis of seedlings was studied by pot water control method to simulate drought environment.The control group and stress groups were set up,and the drought treatment was carried out for 30 days to analyze the photosynthetic status of seedlings under drought stress.The results showed that the drought environment had an adverse effect on the water absorption of seedlings,hindered the water uptake,and affected the normal progress of photosynthesis,so that all indicators generally showed downward trends.Water use efficiency increased in the early stage of drought stress,but with the deepening of the degree of stress,both in the middle and late stages,that showed significant downward trend.
