摘 要:以吉林省白山市抚松县露水河镇人参基地内3种林型及塑料棚共7个类型的人参(长白落叶松林10年生人参、长白落叶松林18年生人参、樟子松林10年生人参、樟子松林18年生人参、杂木林10年生人参、杂木林18年生人参和30年生园参)为材料,测定各类人参的保存数量、产量及人参总皂苷含量,探究林型、参龄对人参产量和质量的影响。方差分析结果显示,不同林型的人参保存数量、产量和总皂苷含量均呈极显著差异水平(P<0.01)。樟子松林10年生人参保存数量(211根)最多,其次是长白落叶松林10年生人参(97根),杂木林人参保存数量最少,10年生和18年生人参的保存数量分别为21个和14个;园参产量(4.25 kg)最高,其次为樟子松林10年生人参(2.94 kg),杂木林人参产量最低,10年生与18年生人参产量分别为0.36 kg和0.15 kg;杂木林人参总皂苷含量最高,18年生和10年生人参总皂苷含量分别为5.06%和4.73%,长白落叶松林10年生人参总皂苷含量最低(3.71%)。Taking 7 types of Panax ginseng(10-year-old and 18-year-old ginseng in Larix olgensis forest,10-year-old and 18-year-old ginseng in Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica forest,10-year-old and 18-year-old ginseng in mixed forest,30-year-old garden ginseng)in the ginseng base in Lushuihe Town,Fusong County,Baishan City,Jilin Province as materials,the retention quantity,yield and total ginsenoside content of various types of ginseng were determined to explore the effects of forest types and ginseng age on the yield and quality of ginseng.The results of variance analysis showed that the retention quantity,yield and total ginsenoside content of ginseng in different forest types were significantly different(P<0.01).The retention quantity of 10-year-old ginseng in Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica forest was the maximum that was 211,followed by 97 of 10-year-old ginseng in Larix olgensis forest.The retention quantity of ginseng in mixed forest was the least,and the quantities of 10-year-old and 18-year-old ginseng were 21 and 14,respectively.The yield of garden ginseng was the maximum that was 4.25 kg,followed by 2.94 kg of 10-year-old ginseng in Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica forest.The yield of ginseng in mixed forest was the lowest,and the yields of 10-year-old and 18-year-old ginseng were 0.36 kg and 0.15 kg,respectively.The total ginsenoside content of ginseng in mixed forest was the highest,and the contents of 18-year-old and 10-year-old ginseng were 5.06%and 4.73%,respectively.The total ginsenoside content of 10-year-old ginseng in Larix olgensis forest was the minimum that was 3.71%.
