摘  要:利用室内控制试验,采用饲料混毒法,研究不同含量阿维菌素胁迫对美国白蛾5龄幼虫6种解毒酶活性的影响。结果表明:阿维菌素对美国白蛾5龄幼虫解毒酶均具有较强影响,随阿维菌素含量的增加,细胞色素P450酶活性、谷胱甘肽S-转移酶活性、乙酰胆碱酯酶活性呈先升高后下降的趋势,其中阿维菌素母液含量为75μg·kg-1时,阿维菌素处理组的细胞色素P450酶活性、谷胱甘肽S-转移酶活性、乙酰胆碱酯酶活性分别为31 U·L-1、157 U·mg-1 prot、12 U·mg-1 prot;羧酸酯酶活性在整个试验过程中呈现下降趋势;ATP结合盒转运蛋白活性和尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖醛酸转移酶活性在整个试验过程中呈上升趋势。The effects of avermectin with different contents on the activities of six types of detoxifying enzymes in five years old Hyphantria cunea larvae were studied by indoor control experiment and feed mixing poison method.The results showed that avermectin had strong effects on detoxification enzymes in the larvae.With the increase of avermectin content,the activities of cytochrome P450 enzyme,glutathione S-transferase and acetylcholinesterase increased first and then decreased.When the mother liquor content in avermectin application liquid was 75μg·kg-1,the activities of cytochrome P450 enzyme,glutathione S-transferase and acetylcholinesterase in the avermectin treated group were 31 U·L-1,157 U·mg-1 prot,and 12 U·mg-1 prot,respectively.The activity of carboxylesterase showed downward trend throughout the experimental process.The activities of ATP-binding cassette transporter and uridine diphosphate glucuronic acid transferase showed upward trends throughout the experimental process.
