摘 要:介绍了小型低温制冷机用直线压缩机的结构和动力学理论,结合国内外近20年来的文献和报道,总结了国内外主要研究单位的直线压缩机研究进展。对影响直线压缩机的关键因素如磁路设计、支撑结构、间隙密封技术进行了总结,最后指出当前小型低温制冷机用直线压缩机的未来研究趋势。In this paper,the structure and kinetic theory of linear compressors for small cryogenic refrigeration machines are introduced,and the research progress of linear compressors in major research units at home and abroad is summarized in the light of the literature and reports in the past 20 years.The key factors affecting linear compressors,such as magnetic circuit design,support technology and clearance sealing technology of linear compressors are concluded.Finally,the current future research trends of linear compressors for infrared detectors are proposed.
