电流型碲锌镉探测器模拟信号调理方法研究

摘  要:针对电流型碲锌镉(CdZnTe,CZT)探测器输出的快脉冲模拟信号后沿存在过冲、振铃等信号畸变问题,采用传输线理论,分析了阻抗匹配对CZT探测器输出电流型快脉冲信号的影响,仿真研究了电流型快脉冲信号的典型阻抗匹配方法。根据仿真结果,采用平面型CZT探测器样品,在西安120 MeV电子直线加速器上开展了实验研究,研究了不同阻抗匹配位置、不同匹配电阻阻值下CZT探测器输出的模拟信号,实测波形和仿真结果符合较好,验证了本文提出的模拟信号调理方法的可行性。提出的以阻抗匹配为核心的模拟信号调理方法,对电流型半导体探测器,及其他类似超快时间响应探测器中的脉冲信号畸变问题,具有一定的借鉴意义和参考价值。In this paper,the current mode CdZnTe(CZT)detector is studied,and corresponding solutions to signal distortion problems such as overshoot and ringing in its fast pulse signals are provided.Transmission line theory is adopted to analyze the impact of impedance matching theory,and some typical impedance matching conditions are simulated.Based on the simulation results,a planar CZT detector sample is adopted to study its output signals under different impedance matching conditions at Xi'an 120 MeV Electronic Linear Accelerator.The CZT detector output signals under different impedance matching positions and values are studied,and the measured signals and simulation results are in good agreement,verifying the feasibility of the proposed analog signal conditioning method.The proposed analog signal conditioning method has certain reference significance for signal distortion problems in other similar ultra fast time response detectors.
