摘　　要：四级手术比例偏低是日间手术推广的瓶颈。以胸外科为例,从病种术式选择和医疗质量与安全保障措施着手,探索四级胸部择期手术的日间化。通过构建基础医疗保障体系,优化手术关键技术,应用手术全过程示踪质控体系,加大手术信息化建设力度,优化诊疗服务模式等举措,探索了一条复杂胸外科日间手术管理的新路径。The low proportion of level-four surgery is the bottleneck of the promotion of ambulatory surgery.Taking thoracic surgery as an example,from the selection of surgical types and the guarantee measures of medical quality and safety,we explored the ambulatoryization of level-four thoracic elective surgery.Through the construction of basic medical security system,the optimization of key surgical technologies,the application of the whole process of surgical tracer quality control system,the strengthening of surgical information construction,and the optimization of diagnosis and treatment service mode,a new path for the management of complex thoracic ambulatory surgery was explored.
