摘　　要：灰树花工厂化栽培具有生产周期短、占地少、产品品质优、管理方便等优势。介绍适合浙江地区的灰树花工厂化栽培技术,包括设施要求、品种选择、培养基质配方、原料准备、制棒灭菌、冷却接种、发菌管理、开孔、上架、出菇管理、采收及病虫害防控等。The industrial cultivation of Grifola frondosa has the advantages such as short production cycles,small land footprint,superior product quality and convenient management.This article introduces the industrial cultivation technique of G.frondosa suitable for Zhejiang region,including facility requirements,variety selection,substrate formulation,raw material preparation,bagging sterilization,cooling and inoculation,management of mycelial growth period,hole punching,shelving,mushroom emergence management,harvesting,prevention,and pests and diseases control.
