摘 要:目的:建立黄精铁皮石斛口服液多糖含量的检测方法。方法:采用紫外—可见分光光度法,测定黄精铁皮石斛口服液中的多糖含量,并对其检测方法进行方法学研究。结果:多糖含量在0.0166 mg/mL至0.1660 mg/mL之间呈现较好的线性关系,中间精密度测试结果为稳定,重复性试验结果RSD<1%,平均加样回收率可达96.86%,稳定性试验结果表明试验在1 h内呈现稳定状态。结论:研究建立的方法简便、灵敏、可靠,能够有效检测黄精铁皮石斛口服液的产品质量。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of polysaccharide content in Huangjing Dendrobium oral liquid.Methods:The content of polysaccharide in Dendrobium officinale oral liquid was determined by UV-VIS spectrophotometry,and the method was studied.Results:The linear relationship of polysaccharide content between 0.0166mg/ml and 0.1660mg/ml was good,the results of intermediate precision test showed stability,the RSD of repeatability test was less than 1%,and the average recovery rate was 96.86%.The stability test results showed that the test showed a stable state within 1 hour.Conclusion:The established method is simple,sensitive and reliable,and can effectively detect the quality of Dendrobium officinale oral liquid.
