摘  要:经C18固相萃取柱富集,利用气相色谱/三级四级杆质谱联用仪(GC-MS/MS)对水中15种硝基苯类化合物进行测定。优化条件下,15种硝基苯类化合物供试品在0.1~10.0 mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好;以原始水样计,检出限低至0.004~0.02μg/L;方法精密度,在两种浓度水平下,相对标准偏差(RSD)范围为1.04%~13.79%;加标回收率范围为76.4%~102.2%。用所开发方法分析了盐城市某点位水样,结果显示该样品中检出2,6-二硝基甲苯、硝基苯、间-硝基甲苯、邻-硝基氯苯和对-硝基氯苯等5种硝基苯类化合物。The determination of 15 Nitrobenzene compounds in water was carried out by GC/MS/MS with solid phase apparatus.Under the optimized conditions,the linear relationship was good in the concentration range of 0.1-10.0 mg/L,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)of 15 components was 4.07%-13.28%.When the Sampling volume was 1000 mL,the detection limit of 15 nitrobenzene compounds was 0.004-0.02μg/L.The relative standard deviation(RSD)of the two blank supplementary samples with different concentrations was1.04%-12.7%.The spiked recoveries was 76.4%-102.2%.The nitrobenzene compounds in water at a certain point in Yancheng City were analyzed by the established method.The results showed that 5 nitrobenzene compounds were detected in the sample,including nitrobenzene,m-nitrotoluene,o-nitrochlorobenzene,p-nitrochlorobenzene and 2,6-dinitrotoluene.
