摘 要:本文针对《电子烟GB 41700-2022》附录F中测定电子烟释放物中甲醛、乙醛、丙烯醛和2,3-丁二酮释放量的方法进行讨论与探究。选择改用乙腈中甲醛、乙醛、丙烯醛和2,3-丁二酮作为标准物质,2,4-二硝基苯肼作为衍生试剂,常温衍生0.5 h后,绘制标准曲线和测定。四种目标物在(甲醛DNPH,丙烯醛DNPH,2,3-丁二酮DNPH:0.20~10.00μg·mL^(-1),乙醛DNPH:0.80~40.00μg·mL^(-1))的浓度范围内,具有良好的线性关系R^(2)>0.996~0.999之间(权重1/X^(2))。并且探究了吡啶试剂的作用和加入取舍。To This study focuses on the discussion and exploration of the method for measuring the released amounts of formaldehyde,acetaldehyde,acrolein,and 2,3-butanedione in electronic cigarette aerosols,as described in Appendix F of"GB 41700-2022 Electronic Cigarettes."In this study,acetonitrile was chosen as the solvent for the standard substances,including formaldehyde,acetaldehyde,acrolein,and 2,3-butanedione.2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine(DNPH)was used as the derivatizing reagent.After 0.5 hours of room temperature derivatization,standard curves were plotted and measurements were conducted.Within the concentration range of 0.20-10.00μg·mL^(-1) for formaldehyde DNPH,acrolein DNPH,and 2,3-butanedione DNPH,and 0.80-40.00μg·mL^(-1) for acetaldehyde DNPH,all four target compounds showed good linear relationships with R^(2)values ranging from 0.996 to 0.999(weighted 1/X^(2)).The study also explored the role and inclusion/exclusion of pyridine reagent.
