摘  要:基于层级结构思路构建了包含24组分和25步基元反应的自燃MMH-NTO简化燃烧反应机理Mech25.Mech25机理中MMH-NTO燃烧反应过程包括冷反应(积累热量和自由基)、着火反应(快速放热)、高温燃烧反应(反应平衡)3个阶段.反应机理包含了CH_(3)NHNH_(2)逐步脱氢反应、HONO分解反应、小分子及自由基反应与高温分解反应等.温度敏感性分析表明燃烧温度对CH_(3)NHNH_(2)与CH_(3)NNH脱氢反应最为敏感;热释放速率分析表明CH_(3)NNH与HCO的氧化反应对热释放贡献最大,而HONO分解反应吸热效应最显著,H_(2)O分解反应促使反应由快速放热转为平衡反应;着火延迟敏感性分析表明其对R2反应最为敏感,反应(R2)活化能值对能否发生自着火至关重要;氧燃比影响分析表明,终产物H_(2)O与N_(2)非同步达峰在近当量燃烧区域产生了温度对氧燃比变化不敏感的平台区.与已有简化机理相比,Mech25机理对MMH-NTO反应终态温度预测最为准确,其值与详细机理偏差仅为0.2%.A simplified combustion reaction mechanism of methylhydrazine(MMH)and nitrous tetraoxide(NTO)with 24 components and 25 elementary reactions,Mech25,was constructed based on the method of hierarchical structure.The combustion reaction process of MMH-NTO in Mech25 consists of three stages:cold reaction(accumulation of heat and radicals),ignition reaction(rapid heat release)and high temperature combustion reaction(reaction equilibrium).The reaction mechanism includes progressive dehydrogenation of CH_(3)NHNH_(2),HONO decomposition,reactions between small molecules and free radicals and high temperature decomposition reactions.Temperature sensitivity analysis shows that the combustion temperature is very sensitive to the dehydrogenation reaction of CH_(3)NHNH_(2)and CH_(3)NNH;the heat release rate analysis shows that the oxidation of CH_(3)NNH and HCO contributes most to the heat release,while the HONO decomposition reaction has the most significant endothermic effect;the H_(2)O decomposition reaction contributes to the transition from rapid heat release to equilibriumreaction;the ignition delay sensitivity analysis shows that it is most sensitive to the activation energy of R2reaction.The analysis of the effect of oxidizer-fuel ratio shows that the end products of H_(2)O and N_(2)are not simultaneousto reach the peak in the near-equivalent combustion region,creating a plateau area where the temperature isnot sensitive to change in oxidizer-fuel ratio.Compared with the existing simplified mechanisms,the Mech25mechanism accurately predicts the final reaction temperature of MMH-NTO mixture,with a value deviating fromthat of the detailed mechanism by only 0.2%.
