摘  要:工业废水中的Cu(Ⅱ)离子严重威胁环境和人类健康,因此检测水溶液中Cu(Ⅱ)离子含量具有重要意义。金属有机框架材料因其比表面积大、可吸附位点多、可设计性强等特点而备受关注。采用溶剂热方法制备了Ni-MOF材料,对裸玻碳电极进行Ni-MOF材料修饰。用CV法和EIS法对Ni-MOF材料修饰电极的电化学性能进行表征,结果表明修饰后电极的导电性下降,说明导电性较差的Ni-MOF材料已经固定在玻碳电极表面。优化了Ni-MOF修饰电极对Cu(Ⅱ)离子进行溶出伏安法的实验参数,优化实验参数为醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液做支持电解液,电解液pH为5,富集电位为-1.2 V,富集时间为130 s。Ni-MOF修饰电极对不同浓度的Cu(Ⅱ)离子检测,溶出峰电流与离子浓度的线性关系为I(μA)=2.8+1.89C(μM),灵敏度为1.89μA·μM^(-1),线性相关系数R^(2)=0.997,5次重复检测Cu(Ⅱ)离子结果表明Ni-MOF修饰电极的稳定性较好。It is of great significance to detect the content of Cu(Ⅱ)ion in industrial wastewater due to the serious threat of Cu(Ⅱ)ion to the environment and human health.Metal-organic Frameworks(MOFs),featuring large specific surface area,ample adsorptive sites and high designability,have received extensive attention as a new kind of porous crystalline materials.The Ni-MOF was prepared by solvothermal method and used as modification material on the naked glassy carbon electrode.The electrochemical properties of Ni-MOF modified electrode were characterized by CV method and EIS method.The results showed a decreased electrical conductivity for Ni-MOF modified electrode,indicating a successful loading of low conductive Ni-MOF on the surface of the glassy carbon electrode.The experimental optimization of stripping voltammetry for Cu(Ⅱ)ion with Ni-MOF modified electrode were carried out.The experimental conditions were optimized by using acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution as the supporting electrolyte at pH=5 with a enrichment potential -1.2 V for 130 s.When the Ni-MOF modified electrode was used for Cu(Ⅱ)ion detection,a linear relationship between the peak current and Cu(Ⅱ)ion concentration was obtained to be I(μA)=2.8+1.89C(μM)with sensitivity of 1.89μA·μM^(-1) and the linear correlation coefficient R^(2) of 0.997.The good performance in the five repeated detection cycles of Cu(Ⅱ)ion indicated a good reproducibility of Ni-MOF modified electrode in Cu(Ⅱ)ion detection.
