摘 要:对存在资源冲突的混线装配系统进行了研究,分析了装配系统的生产信息、资源配置和存在前后继约束关系的装配工序,建立了装配系统的仿真模型并提出了资源配置优化方案。针对某系列产品生产周期长、效率低下的问题,对存在资源冲突的混线装配系统进行仿真建模,实现生产计划、资源配置和装配工序在虚拟装配线上的集成。通过仿真实验的分析和对比,找出延长生产周期的瓶颈工序和制约资源并提出优化方案,以模型的仿真动画、统计表格等输出数据辅助生产决策,为装配线生产率的提高提出有效建议。Researching on the mixed line assembly system with resource conflict,the simulation model of the assembly line system is established and the optimization scheme of resource allocation is put forward after analyzing the production information,resource allocation and assembly process with successive constraints.Aiming at the problems of long production cycle and low efficiency of a series of products,the mixed line assembly system with resource conflict is simulated and modeled to realize the integration of production planning,resource allocation and assembly process in the virtual assembly line.Through the analysis and comparison of simulation experiments,the bottleneck processes and restricted resources to prolong the production cycle are found out,and the optimization scheme is put forward.The output data such as simulation animation and statistical tables after simulation operation are used to assist the decision-maker in production decision-making,and support the effective suggestions for the improvement of assembly line productivity.
