摘 要:本文以国内某大型火电机组磨煤机入口一次风道为研究对象,针对磨煤机入口风量测量失准问题,开展了风道流场优化设计。首先,根据现有磨煤机入口一次风道布置情况,给出采用整体布局优化和内部增设掺混分区板、导流板相结合的优化设计方案;然后,运用数值计算方法,对磨煤机入口一次风道优化方案的效果进行了验证。数值仿真结果表明,采用优化方案后,磨煤机入口风量测量截面的速度均匀性系数和温度均匀性系数均有显著的提升,这说明优化方案显著提升了磨煤机入口一次风道的内流特性,进而取得了显著的优化效果。In this paper,the primary air duct at the inlet of a large coal mill in a domestic thermal power unit is taken as the research object,and the flow field optimization design of the air duct is carried out in view of the measuring misalignment problem of the inlet air volume of the mill.First of all,according to the existing layout of the primary air duct at the inlet of the mill,an optimal design scheme combining the overall layout optimization with the addition of mixing partition board and deflector plate is given.Then,the effect of the optimized scheme of primary air duct at the inlet of coal mill is verified by numerical calculation method.The numerical simulation results show that the velocity uniformity coefficient and temperature uniformity coefficient at the inlet air volume measurement section of the mill are significantly improved after the optimization scheme is adopted,which indicates that the optimization scheme significantly improves the internal flow characteristics of the primary air duct at the inlet of the mill,and thus achieves remarkable optimization effect.
