摘 要:随着中国航空产业的发展,航空发动机亟待走向市场化,传统军用航空发动机制造企业面临接受全社会的竞争与认可。由军机领域走进民机市场,需要转变管理方式,按照适航法规体系开展审定与运行管理。开展适航管理,完成适航取证是走向市场化的关键且必要条件。燃油泵是航空发动机燃油系统的重要附件。本文综合民用发动机适航取证程序要求与国内军用航空器研制过程控制点中共性活动,研究燃油泵在发动机适航取证活动中的适航管理活动。With the development of Chinese aviation industry,aero-engine is in urgent need of marketization,and traditional aerial warfare engine manufacturers are facing the competition and recognition of the whole society.To enter the civil aircraft market from the field of military aircraft,it is necessary to change the management mode and carry out validation and Operation Management in accordance with airworthiness regulations.It is the key and necessary condition to carry out airworthiness management and complete airworthiness evidence collection.The fuel pump is an important accessory in the fuel system of aero-engine.In this paper,we study the airworthiness management of fuel pump in the airworthiness forensics of civil engine based on the common activities between the procedural requirements of airworthiness forensics of civil engine and the control points of domestic military aircraft R&D process.
