炉甘石洗剂联合左西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性荨麻疹患者应用炉甘石洗剂与左西替利嗪联合治疗的临床价值。方法回顾性选取2018年1月—2022年12月江南大学附属无锡市儿童医院收治的98例慢性荨麻疹患者的临床资料,根据所用治法将其分为观察组(炉甘石+左西替利嗪,n=49)与对照组(左西替利嗪,n=49)。比较两组荨麻疹活动度评分(7-day Urticaria Activity Score,UAS7)、白细胞介素-4(Interleukin-4,IL-4)、γ-干扰素(Interferon-γ,INF-γ)、皮肤病生活质量指数(Dermatology Life Quality Index,DLQI)、复发率以及不良反应发生率。结果两组UAS7评分中风团数目评分分别为(5.05±1.10)分、(5.99±1.12)分,瘙痒程度评分分别为(6.10±0.88)分、(7.03±1.05)分,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.192、4.752,P均<0.05)。观察组IL-4水平、DLQI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);两组患者INF-γ、复发率、不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论左西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹与炉甘石洗剂联合治疗,能够对病情活动度起到较好的控制作用,改善IL-4临床指标,并提升患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical value of calamine lotion combined with levocetirizine in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods The clinical data of 98 patients with chronic urticaria admitted to Wuxi Children's Hospital Affiliated to Jiangnan University from January 2018 to December 2022 were retrospectively selected,and they were divided into observation group(calamine+levcetirizine,n=49)and control group(levcetirizine,n=49)according to the treatment method used.The 7-day Urticaria Activity Score(UAS7),interleukin-4(IL-4),interferon-γ(INF-γ),Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI),recurrence rate and adverse event rate were compared between the two groups.Results The number of wind masses in the two groups were(5.05±1.10)points and(5.99±1.12)points,and the scores of itch degree were(6.10±0.88)points and(7.03±1.05)points in UAS7 scores,respectively,the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.192,4.752,both P<0.05).IL-4 level and DLQI score in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in INF-γ,recurrence rate and adverse events rate between two groups(all P>0.05).Conclusion Levocetirizine in the treatment of chronic urticaria combined with calamine lotion can play a better control effect on disease activity,improve IL-4 clinical indicators,and improve the quality of life of patients.
