摘  要:连接蛋白过去被认为是由抑癌基因编码,但越来越多研究逐渐证实连接蛋白的促癌特性,特别是在癌症晚期。该文基于癌毒病机理论,梳理分析连接蛋白在肿瘤微环境中的促进作用与“癌毒”的致病特点和功能的相似相关性,认为连接蛋白促进肿瘤转移、加强肿瘤细胞治疗抗性是“癌毒流注”“癌毒缠绵”的关键病理机制,连接蛋白维持肿瘤酸性及瘀血微环境是“痰毒留恋”“瘀毒凝滞”的重要生物学基础,为进一步丰富发展癌毒病机理论科学内涵、阐释肿瘤微环境与癌毒病机的密切关系提供有益参考和依据。Connexins were previously thought to be encoded by tumor suppressor genes,but more and more studies have gradually confirmed its cancer-promoting properties,especially in advanced cancer.Based on the theory of cancer toxin pathogenesis,this paper analyzes the similar correlation between the promoting role of connexin in tumor microenvironment and the pathogenic characteristics and functions of cancer toxin,and holds that connexin promotes tumor metastasis and strengthens the resistance of tumor cells to treatment,which is the key pathological mechanism of cancer toxin flowing and lingering,and connexin maintains tumor acidity and blood stasis micro-environment,which is the important biological basis of“retention of phlegm poison”and“stagnation of blood stasis poison”,which is expected to provide useful reference and basis for further enriching the scientific connotation of the theory of cancer toxin pathogenesis and explaining the close relationship between tumor micro-environment and cancer toxin pathogenesis.
