摘　　要：慢性支气管炎是由感染或吸烟等因素引起的气管、支气管黏膜及其周围组织慢性非特异性炎症,慢性支气管炎作为一种常见的慢性疾病严重影响人们的生活质量。刘绍武先生是全国首批名中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师,从事中医科研及临床工作六十余载,通读各家著述,并在此基础上创立了“三部六病”学术流派,在慢性肺部疾患的诊疗与研究中经验丰富。刘绍武老先生基于三部六病理论分析慢性支气管炎的病因病机,认为一般肺部疾患与感染外邪相关,多属于“肺热”,以自拟方调肺汤治疗。调肺汤以小柴胡汤协调整体,并以麻杏石甘汤缓解肺部炎症清解肺热,同时以生脉散增强心脏功能。针对局部,整体协调,兼顾相关脏腑。并且刘绍武老先生还提出临床要注意麻黄、五味子、及罂粟壳的使用,其疗效显著,适用范围广。Chronic bronchitis is a chronic non-specific inflammation of the trachea,bronchial mucosa and surrounding tissues caused by factors such as infection or smoking.As a common chronic disease,chronic bronchitis seriously affects people’s quality of life.Mr.LIU Shaowu is one of the first batch of famous traditional Chinese medicine experts in the country to inherit the academic experience.He has been engaged in traditional Chinese medicine research and clinical work for more than 60 years.He has read through the works of various authors and founded the“Three Books and Six Diseases”academic school on this basis.He has extensive experience in the diagnosis,treatment and research of chronic lung diseases.Mr.LIU Shaowu analyzed the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic bronchitis based on the theory of three parts and six diseases.He believed that general lung diseases are related to infection with external evils,and most of them belong to“lung heat”.He used his own prescription Tiaofei Decoction to treat it.Tiaofei Decoction uses Xiao Chaihu Decoction to coordinate the whole body,uses Maxing Shigan Decoction to relieve lung inflammation and clears away lung heat,and uses Shengmai Powder to enhance heart function.Target the local part,coordinate the whole,and take into account the relevant organs.Moreover,Mr.LIU Shaowu also proposed that clinical attention should be paid to the use of ephedra,Schisandra chinensis,and poppy shells,which have significant curative effects and a wide range of applications.
