摘　　要：脂肪肝是目前临床最常见的慢性肝病,临床表现为肝脏脂质沉积,严重者可进展为肝硬化、肝癌,给临床患者带来了极大的身心损害。气血是生命活动的基本物质,气血不和则百病生。张雅丽教授从内经“气血”理论的角度探讨中药膏剂治疗脂肪肝,血气不和是脂肪肝的主要病机,认为调和气血应当贯穿脂肪肝治疗的始终。张雅丽教授从调和气血、投方问路、三因致宜等方面来论治脂肪肝,临床疗效显著。现分享张雅丽教授临床运用中药膏剂治疗脂肪肝的经验,为临床深入研究脂肪肝提供新的诊疗思路。Fatty liver is the most common chronic liver disease in clinical practice.The clinical manifestation is liver lipid deposition.In severe cases,it can progress to cirrhosis and liver cancer,which brings great physical and mental damage to clinical patients.Qi and blood are the basic substances for life activities.If Qi and blood are not harmonious,all kinds of diseases will occur.Professor ZHANG Yali discussed the treatment of fatty liver with traditional Chinese medicine ointments from the perspective of the theory of“Qi and blood”in the internal meridians.Disharmony of blood and gas is the main pathogenesis of fatty liver.She believes that the reconciliation of Qi and blood should be throughout the treatment of fatty liver.Professor ZHANG Yali treats fatty liver from the aspects of harmonizing Qi and blood,asking for directions,and the three causes,and has achieved remarkable clinical results.Now we share Professor ZHANG Yali’s clinical experience in using traditional Chinese medicine ointments to treat fatty liver,and provide new diagnostic and treatment ideas for in-depth clinical research on fatty liver.
