摘 要:目的分析在妊娠糖尿病治疗中门冬胰岛素对血糖的管控效果。方法抽签法选取2020年3月—2022年3月福建医科大学附属漳州市医院收治的60例妊娠糖尿病患者为研究对象,依据1∶1配对原则分为两组,各30例。对照组采用重组甘精胰岛素注射治疗,观察组采用门冬胰岛素30注射液治疗。对比两组治疗前后血糖指标水平、胰岛素抵抗指数和胰岛β细胞功能指数以及新生儿出生情况。结果治疗前,两组血糖指标水平、胰岛素抵抗指数和胰岛β细胞功能指数对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。治疗后,观察组血糖指标更优,胰岛素抵抗指数更低,胰岛β细胞功能指数更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组新生儿出生情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在妊娠糖尿病治疗中应用门冬胰岛素的对血糖有较强的管理效果,能合理控制血糖水平,改善妊娠糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗的情况,同时不会增加胎儿巨大儿、低血糖等风险,利于胎儿发育良好。Objective To analyze the effect of insulin aspartate on blood glucose control in the treatment of gestational diabetes.Methods 60 patients with gestational diabetes admitted to Zhangzhou Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects by drawing lots.They were divided into two groups according to 1∶1 matching principle,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received recombinant insulin glargine injection,the observation group received insulin aspartate injection.Blood glucose indicators level,insulin resistance index,βcell function index before and after treatment and birth status of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment comparison,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose indexes,insulin resistance index andβcell function index between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,the blood glucose indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the insulin resistance index was lower,and theβcell function index was higher,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in birth status of newborns between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of insulin aspartate in the treatment of gestational diabetes has a strong management effect on blood glucose,can reasonably control blood glucose levels,improve insulin resistance in gestational diabetes patients,and will not increase the risk of fetal macrosomia,hypoglycemia,which is conducive to good fetal development.
