短期胰岛素泵强化治疗对难治性2型糖尿病的血糖控制效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨短期胰岛素泵强化治疗在难治性2型糖尿病中控制血糖的意义。方法选取2021年1月—2023年12月南通市通州区中医院收治的76例难治性2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方案分为两组。对照组(38例)在三餐前及睡前接受胰岛素皮下注射治疗;观察组(38例)接受短期胰岛素泵强化治疗。对比两组血糖、胰岛素功能及不良反应。结果治疗前,两组血糖及胰岛功能对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,观察组血糖和胰岛功能改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论短期胰岛素泵强化治疗方案不仅可以降低难治性2型糖尿病的血糖水平,还能改善患者胰岛素功能,效果显著。Objective To investigate the significance of short-term intensive insulin pump therapy in controlling blood glucose in refractory type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 76 patients with refractory type 2 diabetes who came to Nantong Tongzhou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2023 were collected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to different treatment regiments.Control group(38 cases)received insulin subcutaneous injection before three meals and before going to bed.Observation group(38 cases)received short-term intensive insulin pump therapy.The blood glucose,insulin function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no statistical significances in blood glucose and islet function between the two groups(both P>0.05);after treatment,the improvement of blood glucose and islet function in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Short-term intensive insulin pump therapy can not only reduce the blood glucose level of refractory type 2 diabetes,but also improve the insulin function of patients,the effect is significant and has clinical significance.
