摘　　要：目的探讨“态度-定义-思维-计划-实施”(ADOPT)五位一体护理方法应用在妊娠期糖尿病中的效果。方法回顾性选取2021年5月—2023年3月深圳市妇幼保健院产科接收的78例妊娠糖尿病孕妇的临床资料,根据护理方式的不同将其分成观察组38例与对照组40例,对照组实施产科常规健康指导,观察组以ADOPT五位一体模式实施护理干预,比较两组的护理效果。结果干预后,观察组自我护理和情绪处理的评分高于对照组,观察组焦虑和抑郁评分均低于对照组,观察组干预后血糖水平明显低于对照组,观察组对于护理服务的总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在妊娠糖尿病孕妇的护理中应用ADOPT模型,能够提高血糖控制的效果,降低不良妊娠事件的发生率。Objective To explore the effect of"attitude-definition-open mind-plan-try"(ADOPT)five-in-one nursing method in gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods The clinical data of seventy-eight pregnant women with gestational diabetes admitted to the obstetrics department of Shenzhen Maternity&Child Healthcare Hospital from May 2021 to March 2023 were retrospectively selected,and they were divided into observation group(38 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to different nursing methods.The control group was given routine health guidance in obstetrics,and the observation group was given nursing intervention in ADOPT five-in-one mode.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the self-care and emotional processing scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the blood glucose level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the total satisfaction rate of nursing service in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion ADOPT model can improve blood glucose control and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy events in the care of pregnant women with gestational diabetes.
