2型糖尿病伴DR患者的血清C肽、FBG与HbA1c表达情况及其与眼底病变程度的关系分析

摘　　要：目的分析2型糖尿病伴视网膜病变(Diabetic Retinopathy,DR)患者的血清C肽、空腹血糖(Fasting Blood Glucose,FBG)与糖化血红蛋白(Glycosylated Hemoglobin A1c,HbA1c)表达情况及其与眼底病变程度的关系。方法选取2019年1月-2022年12月济南市济阳区中医医院收治的200例2型糖尿病伴DR患者为研究对象,根据眼底病变程度分为重度组、轻中度组,纳入同期200名例健康体检者为对照组,检测血清C肽、FBG与HbA1c表达,分析2型糖尿病伴DR患者的血清C肽、FBG与HbA1c表达情况及其与眼底病变程度的关系。结果200例2型糖尿病伴DR患者中,93例非增殖期DR患者为轻度,另107例为中重度。中重度组血清C肽低于轻度组、对照组,FBG与HbA1c表达高于轻度组、对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。Spearman相关性检验分析结果显示,血清C肽与眼底病变程度呈负相关(r=-0.420,P<0.05),FBG、HbA1c表达与眼底病变程度呈正相关(r=0.399、0.457,P均<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病伴DR患者的血清C肽低表达、FBG与HbA1c高表达情况与眼底病变程度加重有关。Objective To analyze the expression of serum C-peptide,fasting blood glucose(FBG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with diabetic retinopathy(DR)and their relationship with the degree of fundus lesions.Methods A total of 200 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with DR In Jiyang District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Jinan City from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into severe group and mild to moderate group according to the degree of fundus lesions,and 200 healthy subjects in the same period were included as the control group.The expressions of serum C-peptide,FBG and HbA1c were detected.To analyze the expression of serum C-peptide,FBG and HbA1c in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with DR and their relationship with the degree of fundus lesions.Results Among 200 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with DR,fundus lesions 93 non-proliferative stage DR of patients was mild,and 107 patients was moderate-severe.The expression of serum C peptide in moderate and severe group was lower than that in mild group and control group,and the expression of FBG and HbA1c were higher than that in mild group and control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Spearman correlation test showed that serum C-peptide was negatively correlated with the degree of fundus lesions(r=-0.420,P<0.05),and the expression of FBG and HbA1c was positively correlated with the degree of fundus lesions(r=0.399,0.457,both P<0.05).Conclusion Low expression of serum C-peptide,high expression of FBG and HbA1c in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with DR were associated with the aggravation of fundus lesions.
