摘  要:在垃圾填埋场垂直防渗工程中,渠式切割水泥土连续墙(Trench Cutting Re-Mixing Deep Wall,TRD)作为防渗墙,其设计方法、施工控制要点和实施效果仍缺乏足够的研究。本文依托滨海平原地区某垃圾填埋场封场覆盖及生态修复工程,根据项目工程地质特点,比较不同防渗墙的适用性,设计了TRD联合高压旋喷桩的施工方案,在两幅TRD之间搭接一排高压旋喷桩,搭接宽度为300 mm。通过试成墙试验,确定了TRD的施工参数,并对其成墙质量进行了原位降水头注水试验、钻孔取芯试验、水泥土试块试验。原位降水头注水试验结果表明:防渗墙渗透系数为1.13×10^(−8)~6.67×10^(−7) cm/s;钻孔取芯试验结果表明:钻孔取芯芯样率较高,墙体沿深度均一性较好,芯样无侧限抗压强度为0.77~1.76 MPa,渗透系数为1.61×10^(−8)~9.96×10^(−7) cm/s;水泥土试块试验结果表明:无侧限抗压强度为4.7~23.1 MPa,渗透系数为1.6×10^(−8)~9.0×10^(−8) cm/s。检测结果表明,TRD垂直防渗墙在滨海平原地区垃圾填埋场工程中施工效果较好,满足垃圾填埋场垂直防渗墙的设计要求。The effectiveness of trench cutting re-mixing deep wall(TRD)as vertical barrier in waste landfills remains research interests concerning the design methodology,construction control points.This work,based on the final cover and ecological restoration project of a landfill in a coastal plain region,evaluates the suitability of various types of vertical barriers in accordance with the geological characteristics of the site.Subsequently,the work determines the final design scheme employing TRD combined with high-pressure jet grouting piles(HJGP).The configuration includes a row of high-pressure jet grouting pile(HJGP)with a 300 mm overlapping width between adjacent sections of TRD.Construction parameters for TRD are established through trial wall-forming tests.The quality of TRD is assessed through in-situ reduced-head water injection tests and laboratory tests on soil-cement block samples.The results of in-situ reduced-head water injection tests show that the coefficient of permeability of TRD is from 1.13×10^(−8) cm/s to 6.67×10^(−7) cm/s.Borehole samples exhibit consistent sampling and uniform quality of TRD along the depth,with unconfined compression strength ranging from 0.77 MPa to 1.76 MPa and coefficient of permeability from 1.61×10^(−8) cm/s to 9.96×10^(−7) cm/s.Laboratory tests on soil-cement blocks present unconfined compression strength ranging from 4.7 MPa to 23.1 MPa and coefficient of permeability from 1.6×10^(−8) cm/s to 9.0×10^(−8) cm/s.These findings prove the satisfactory construction quality of TRD as vertical barrier in coastal plain landfills,meeting the design specifications for landfill vertical barriers.
