摘  要:目的了解曲靖市儿童青少年骨密度情况,分析骨密度不足的影响因素,为促进曲靖市儿童青少年骨健康,防治本地区儿童青少年骨密度不足提供理论依据。方法选取2023年8—9月曲靖地区城市、乡镇各一所小学、幼儿园2~12岁学生共1312名,进行体格检查、问卷调查和骨密度测量。采用北京悦瑞儿童骨密度检测仪(型号规格:BMD-PM3)进行检测,3岁以下儿童检测左胫骨中段,3岁以上儿童检测左手桡骨远端。采用自行设计的问卷,对儿童一般资料、家庭出生及喂养情况、饮食情况、睡眠、电子视屏和户外活动时间等进行调查。将问卷信息与骨密度测量信息均完整的1278名学生纳入本课题的统计分析,数据的录入使用Epidata 3.1软件,对数据的统计分析使用SPSS 26.0软件。结果纳入统计分析的1278名2~12岁受检儿童中骨密度不足644人,占50.39%。其中身高、体质量、身体质量指数(BMI)值、母亲文化程度、居住地、出生时孕周、奶制品摄入频次、零食摄入频次、是否按时补充维生素D、户外活动时间是共同影响3个年龄分期儿童骨密度水平的影响因素。未发现性别、出生时分娩方式、出生体质量、喂养方式、睡眠时间、电子视屏时间与骨密度水平存在关联。结论保证儿童青少年奶及奶制品摄入,及时按时补充维生素D,增加户外活动时间,同时减少零食的摄入,有利于儿童骨密度的增加。Objective This paper aims to understand the status of bone mineral density(BMD)in children and adolescents in Qujing City,and analyze the influencing factors of insufficient BMD,in order to provide a theoretical basis for promoting bone health in children and adolescents in Qujing City and preventing and treating insufficient BMD in this region.Methods A total of 1,312 students aged 2-12 years from one urban and one rural primary school and kindergarten in Qujing City were selected for physical examinations,questionnaire surveys,and BMD measurements from August to September 2023.BMD measurements were performed using the Beijing Yuerui Pediatric Bone Density Detector(model:BMD-PM3).The midshaft of the left tibia was measured for children under 3 years old,and the distal radius of the left hand was measured for children over 3 years old.A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate general information about the children,family birth and feeding conditions,dietary habits,sleep,electronic screen time,and outdoor activities.A total of 1,278 students with the complete questionnaire and BMD measurement information were included in the statistical analysis of this study.Data entry was performed using the Epidata 3.1 software,and statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS 26.0 software.Results Among the 1,278 children aged 2-12 years included in the statistical analysis,644 had insufficient BMD,accounting for 50.39%.Factors that influenced BMD levels in children at different age stages included height,body weight,body mass index(BMI),mother's education level,place of residence,gestational weeks at birth,frequency of dairy product intake,frequency of snack intake,timely supplementation of vitamin D,and outdoor activity time.No association was found between gender,mode of delivery at birth,birth weight,feeding method,sleep duration,electronic screen time,and BMD levels.Conclusion Ensuring the intake of milk and dairy products,timely supplementation of vitamin D,increasing outdoor activity time,and reducing snack
