耳廓矫治器治疗不同形态耳廓畸形的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的对比耳廓矫治器治疗不同形态耳廓畸形的疗效。方法选取2021年8月—2022年8月我院收治的100例耳廓畸形患儿为研究对象,按患儿初始矫治年龄分成≤2月龄组(60例)和>2月龄组(40例),均给予耳廓矫治器治疗。治疗后进行3个月随访,按患儿耳廓形态予以临床疗效评估,并记录矫治的时间与发生并发症情况。结果≤2月龄组患儿的矫治时间长于>2月龄组,临床疗效高于>2月龄组,并发症发生率低于>2月龄组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。耳廓矫治器治疗杯状耳、招风耳、贝壳耳(Stahl's耳)、隐耳、垂耳、耳轮畸形的临床有效率分别为82.35%、80.95%、81.25%、91.67%、89.48%、93.33%,其中垂耳、隐耳、耳轮畸形有较高的临床总有效率。结论耳廓矫治器对治疗耳廓畸形的患儿疗效较优,对于>2月龄的患儿矫治疗效明显,且接受治疗的时间越早,矫治时间越短,并发症发生率越低,其中以耳轮畸形、垂耳、隐耳矫治疗效最为优良。Objective To compare the efficacy of ear molding devices in the treatment of different types of auricular deformities.Methods A total of 100 children with auricular deformities admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study participants.They were allocated to two groups based on the initial age of correction:≤2 months group(n=60)and>2 months group(n=40),both receiving treatment with an ear molding device.A 3-month follow-up was conducted after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated based on the auricular morphology of the children.The duration of correction and the occurrence of complications were recorded.Results The duration of correction in the≤2 months group was longer than that in the>2 months group,and the clinical efficacy was higher while the incidence of complications was lower in the≤2 months group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The clinical response rates of ear molding devices in the treatment of cup ear,lop ear,Stahl's ear,cryptotia,lop-ear,and auricular helix deformity were 82.35%,80.95%,81.25%,91.67%,89.48%,and 93.33%,respectively,with higher overall clinical response in lop-ear,cryptotia,and auricular helix deformity.Conclusion Ear molding device has better efficacy in the treatment of auricular deformities in children,especially in those older than 2 months,and the earlier the treatment is received,the shorter the duration of correction and the lower the incidence of complications.Among them,the therapeutic efficacy is particularly excellent in auricular helix deformity,lop-ear,and cryptotia.
