摘　　要：目的分析氢氯噻嗪联合厄贝沙坦治疗老年原发性高血压的临床效果。方法选取2022年8月—2023年8月安岳县中医医院、安岳县人民医院收治的58例老年原发性高血压患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组29例。对照组患者采用厄贝沙坦治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上联用氢氯噻嗪治疗,比较2组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况以及治疗前后血压水平和生活质量。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率为96.55%,高于对照组的75.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的不良反应发生率为3.45%,低于对照组的27.58%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者收缩压及舒张压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组患者收缩压及舒张压均低于治疗前,且研究组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者的健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组患者的SF-36评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氢氯噻嗪联合厄贝沙坦治疗老年原发性高血压疗效显著,有助于改善患者的血压水平,提高生活质量,且安全性较高,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of hydrochlorothiazide combined with irbesartan in the treatment of elderly primary hypertension.Methods A total of 58 elderly patients with primary hypertension admitted to Anyue Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Anyue County People's Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected and randomly assigned to a study group and a control group,with 29 cases in each group.The control group received irbesartan treatment,while the study group received a combination of hydrochlorothiazide and irbesartan.The clinical effects,incidence of adverse reactions,blood pressure levels before and after treatment,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The overall response rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,(96.55%vs.75.86%;P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(3.45%vs.27.58%;P<0.05).Before treatment,no significant differences were observed in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,both systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels were significantly lower in the study group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,no significant differences were noted in SF-36 scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,SF-36 scores in both groups were significantly higher than before treatment,with the study group scoring significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hydrochlorothiazide in combination with irbesartan is highly effective in treating elderly primary hypertension,which improves blood pressure levels,enhances quality of life,and has high safety,making it worthy of clinical promotion.
