摘  要:基于煤矿智能化建设的基本要求,提出了基于地质保障系统的煤矿灾害监测预警及综合防治平台,设计了由设备层、边缘层、基础设施层、平台层和应用层构成的系统总体架构;梳理了平台建设的业务流程,并对自然灾害监测预警、灾害综合防治等关键业务进行了详细研究;基于地质保障系统,研发了煤矿灾害监测预警及综合防治平台。通过在金凤煤矿的实际应用表明,煤矿灾害监测预警及综合防治平台集成了各灾害监测数据,解决了各类数据孤立分布、预测精度低、预警结果和风险评估不准确的问题,降低了灾害事故的发生率,提升了煤矿应对灾害时的防治水平和综合治理能力,应用灾害预警与评估技术实现了风险的智能识别与治理。Based on the basic requirements for intelligent construction of coal mines,a coal mine disaster monitoring,early warning and comprehensive prevention platform based on the geological guarantee system is proposed,and the overall system architecture consisting of equipment layer,edge layer,infrastructure layer,platform layer and application layer is designed;the business process of platform construction is analyzed,and key businesses such as natural disaster monitoring and early warning,comprehensive disaster prevention and control were studied in detail.A coal mine disaster monitoring and comprehensive prevention and control platform was developed based on geological guarantee system.Through practical application in Jinfeng Coal Mine,it has been shown that the coal mine disaster monitoring,early warning and comprehensive prevention platform integrates various disaster monitoring data,solves the problems of isolated distribution of various data,low prediction accuracy,inaccurate warning results and risk assessment,reduces the incidence of disaster accidents,improves the prevention and control level and comprehensive management ability of coal mines in response to disasters,and applies disaster warning and evaluation technology to achieve intelligent identification and management of risks.
