摘　　要：痔病是一种常见的肛门良性疾病,在全球范围内有着较高的发病率,约占我国内地城市居民肛肠疾病发病率的50%。痔病的常见症状有出血、肿胀、脱出、疼痛、瘙痒和肛门不适等,影响人们的日常工作和生活,若发生严重的并发症甚至会威胁患者的生命。《中国痔病患者自我管理指南》是在《中国痔病诊疗指南(2020)》的基础上,遵循患者指南的制定方法,以患者关注的疾病问题为中心,由临床专家、科研工作者和患者代表一起修订,最终确定23个问题并形成推荐意见。推荐意见涉及痔病成因、分类、诊断、治疗方式、术后管理及日常护理多个方面,以期提高痔病患者对疾病预防、诊疗、护理和康复知识的认知和了解,从而更好地参与到痔病的诊疗决策中,并能有效地进行痔病自我管理,最终改善患者的健康结局。Hemorrhoid is a common benign anorectal disease with a high incidence worldwide,accounting for approximately 50%of anorectal diseases in Chinese mainland city dwellers.Common symptoms of hemorrhoids include bleeding,swelling,prolapse,pain,pruritus,and anal discomfort,which can affect people's daily work and life.Severe complications may even threaten patients’life.The"Chinese Patient Guideline for Self-Management of Hemorrhoid"was revised by clinical experts,researchers,and patient representatives based on the"Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Hemorrhoids(2020)"and following the formulation methods of patient guidelines.The guidelines focused on diseaserelated issues that patients concern about and ultimately identified 23 issues and formulated recommendations.These recommendations cover various aspects such as the causes,classification,diagnosis,treatment methods,postoperative management,and daily care of hemorrhoids.They aim to enhance patients’knowledge and understanding of disease prevention,diagnosis,treatment,nursing,and rehabilitation,enabling them to better participate in decision-making regarding hemorrhoid treatment and effectively manage their conditions,ultimately improving their health outcomes.
