摘  要:相比于普通货运码头,舾装船舶排水量小、吃水浅、受风面积大,受风、浪、流等外部自然条件影响时船舶动力响应敏感,另船舶无动力且舾装期间需长时间停靠码头,给舾装码头系泊设计提出了更高的要求。考虑提高码头利用效率同时节约工程投资,实际生产过程中舾装码头存在双船并靠需求。双船并靠系泊布置与普通货运码头差异较大,现规范无详细条文说明。本文以某舾装码头工程为例,提出舾装码头并靠系泊布置方案,同步采用OPTIMOOR系泊软件模拟验证,评估系泊安全性,供类似工程参考。Compared with common cargo terminals,outfitting ships are characterized with low displacement,shallow draught,large area exposed to wind,they are also sensitive to dynamic response under such natural conditions as wind,waves and sea currents,thus the design of ships mooring at outfitting wharf is highly demanded subject to those unpowered ships berthing at the wharf during outfitting period.In order to raise efficiency in utilization of the wharf and reduce engineering investment,two ships are demanded to berth side-by-side at outfitting wharf in actual production process.The layout of side-by-side mooring of two ships is quite different from the pattern adopted by common cargo terminals,and no detailed provision is available in the current standards.Based on an outfitting wharf project,a layout plan of side-by-side mooring of ships is simulated and verified by using OPTIMOOR software so as to evaluate the safety in ship mooring,which will serve as a reference for similar projects.
