摘  要:港口散货码头智能装船技术解放大量人工干预阶段,由算法与计算实现整套装船自动化逻辑,其中核心点在于靠泊待作业船只的舱口自动识别技术与作业过程中无人防护技术,本文主要介绍通过采集激光扫描仪数据与装船机实时数据,计算生成船舶点云空间模型,由自动识别算法计算船舶货仓在码头空间直角坐标系下的空间坐标,包括舱口尺寸、位置、高度等。将计算得到的舱口位置坐标信息下载到装船机PLC中,指导装船机实现无人化、自动化作业,以此增强港口自动化程度。In the operation of bulk cargo terminals,intelligent technology of ship loading reduces a lot of manual intervention stages,that is,the automation of the whole ship loading can be achieved by algorithm and calculation,which bases on automatic ship-hatch-recognition and unmanned protection technologies applying to the berthing ships during the operation.Based on the data gathered by laser scanner and real-time data on ship loading,point cloud space model is calculated and generated.And then an automatic recognition algorithm is selected to calculate the spatial coordinates of ship hatches subject to Cartesian coordinate system of terminal space,including hatch size,location,height,etc.The obtained coordinate information on ship’s hatch position is downloaded into PLC of the ship loader,which assists the ship loader in unmanned and automated operation,and enhances automatic level of the port.
