摘  要:新建商合杭铁路跨颍河特大桥为塔梁分离的双塔双索面预应力混凝土矮塔斜拉桥,主桥为半漂浮体系,主塔为空间桁架式索塔。结合桥梁半漂浮构造特点,设计了塔梁拉压钢支墩的临时固结体系,以满足悬浇作业的安全要求。针对淮北地区冬天极寒、夏天高温的特点,设计了“四位一体”挂篮系统,具备节段悬浇作业、冬季蒸养保温、夏季自动喷淋和安全封闭的功能。通过BIM技术的有效应用,进行方案推演、虚拟拼装以及可视化交底等,保证了施工组织的顺畅。New-built Yinghe river super bridge of Shangqiu-Hefei-Hangzhou railway is a prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge with two-tower,double-cable and tower-beam separated structure.The main bridge bases on a semi-floating system and the main tower is a space truss cable tower.By referring to the characteristics of semi-floating bridge,a temporary fixing system was designed to meet the requirements of safety for cast-in-cantilever,which was defined as the steel abutments being tensed and pressed by towers and beams.In view of the climate covering the north side of Huaihe river,namely,extreme cold in winter and high temperature in summer,a system of four-in-one hanging basket was designed to realize the functions of cast-in-cantilever by section,heat preservation with vapour in winter,automatic water sprinkling and safe closure in summer.BIM technology was effectively applied for strategy deduction,virtual assembly and visual disclosure,which ensured the smooth organization of construction processes.
