摘 要:艺术涂料经施工工艺可以实现室内装饰壁材的特定视觉效果,但配方中含有无机、有机及高分子组分,性质差异大,难于调配,导致壁材稳定性下降,涂装后容易释放甲醛等挥发性有机物,造成室内环境污染。以硅藻土、重质碳酸钙、凹凸棒土为基料,加入改性贝壳粉及助剂,进行配方设计,制备一种贝壳粉水性艺术涂料,并研究其分散稳定性。结果表明,贝壳粉可提高涂料配方稳定性,当贝壳粉用量低于2 g,分散效果较差;在耐盐性和耐碱性实验中,贝壳粉涂料比同条件下滑石粉涂料外观保持长时间无变化;在40℃、相对湿度100%条件下,贝壳粉涂料黏度随贮存时间下降,涂-4流出时间仍达到70 s。Artistic coatings can achieve specific visual effects of indoor decorative wall materials through construction techniques,but the formula contains inorganic,organic,and polymer components with large differences in properties,making it difficult to mix,resulting in a decrease in wall material stability.After painting,it is easy to release volatile organic compounds such as formaldehyde,causing indoor environmental pollution.A water-based artistic coating with modified shell powder and additives was prepared using diatomaceous earth,heavy calcium carbonate,and attapulgite as the base materials,and its dispersion stability was studied through formula design.The results showed that shell powder could improve the stability of coating formulations.When the amount of shell powder was less than 2 g,the dispersion effect was poor;In salt and alkali resistance experiments,the appearance of shell powder coating remained unchanged for a long time compared to talc powder coating under the same conditions;Under the conditions of 40℃and 100%relative humidity,the viscosity of shell powder coating decreased with storage time,and the efflux time of coating-4 still reached 70 seconds.
