摘  要:目的:探讨鞣花酸对胃癌细胞BGC823的生长及迁移能力的影响。方法:体外培养BGC823细胞,采用MTT法检测细胞活力;采用相差显微镜观察细胞形态;采用细胞划痕实验观察细胞的迁移能力。结果:鞣花酸可显著降低BGC823细胞活力;经鞣花酸干预后,细胞皱缩,细胞碎片增加;鞣花酸可降低BGC823细胞的迁移能力。结论:鞣花酸对BGC823细胞具有明显的抑制生长及迁移的作用。Objective:To investigate the effects of ellagic acid on the growth and migration ability of gastric cancer cells BGC823.Methods:BGC823 cells were cultured in vitro,and cell viability was detected by MTT assay;cell morphology was observed by phase contrast microscopy;and cell migration ability was observed by cell scratch assay.Results:Ellagic acid significantly reduced the viability of BGC823 cells;after intervention with ellagic acid,the cells were wrinkled and the cellular debris increased;ellagic acid reduced the migration ability of BGC823 cells.Conclusion:Ellagic acid has a significant inhibitory effect on the growth and migration of BGC823 cells.
