摘 要:聚酰亚胺是一种主链上含有酰亚胺环的有机高分子材料,已被广泛应用于电气、电子器件、汽车航空航天等领域。随着对电动汽车和可再生能源等电池需求的增加,寻找低成本、高性能的电池隔膜材料变得尤为重要。本文概述了聚酰亚胺在电池隔膜领域的成膜方法和最新的研究进展。制备方式包括涂布法,相转化法和静电纺丝法,研究进展主要围绕聚酰亚胺作为涂覆材料,基材和支撑材料来展开综述,并做出了相关展望。Polyimide,an organic polymer material containing an imide ring in its main chain,has been widely used in electrical and electronic devices,automotive aerospace and other fields.With the increasing demand for batteries such as electric vehicles and renewable energy sources,the search for low-cost,high-performance materials for battery diaphragms has become particularly important.This paper provides an overview of the film formation methods and recent research advances of polyimide in the field of battery diaphragms.Preparation methods include coating,phase conversion and electrostatic spinning,and the research progress is mainly centered on polyimide as coating material,base material and support material to review and make relevant outlook.
