提质增效下河网地区典型城镇污水厂污泥产率变化趋势研究

摘　　要：近年来,我国大力推进城镇污水系统提质增效,污水厂进水浓度、进水量大幅度提升,污泥产量也随之提升。通过对广州市河网地区N污水厂调研研究,分析污泥产率在提质增效前后的变化规律,深入研究进水COD、BOD、SS浓度和进水量等因素在提质增效前后对污泥产率的具体影响,结果表明:污水厂污泥产率在提质增效前后具有明显差异,提质增效后污泥产率大幅度上升,后逐步降低并趋于稳定;提质增效强化了污泥产率与进水COD、SS浓度的正相关性关系,强化了污泥产率与进水量的负相关关系;污泥产率与进水BOD浓度在提质增效前呈弱的负相关关系,提质增效后呈弱的正相关关系。In recent years,China has vigorously promoted the quality and efficiency improvement of urban sewage system,and the water concentration and quantity of sewage plants have been greatly increased,and the sludge output has also increased.Through the investigation of N sewage plant in river network area of Guangzhou,analyze the change law of sludge yield before and after quality and efficiency improvement,Further study the specific influence of influent water COD,BOD,SS concentration and influent yield on the sludge yield before and after quality and efficiency improvement,The results show that sludge yield of the sewage treatment plant is significantly different before and after quality and efficiency improvement,After quality and efficiency improvement,sludge yield has increased substantially,gradually decrease and tend to stabilize;The quality and efficiency improvement strengthens the positive correlation between sludge yield and influent water COD and SS concentration,strengthens the negative correlation between sludge yield and influent yield;There was a weak negative correlation between sludge yield and influent BOD concentration before quality and efficiency improvement,weak positive correlation after quality and efficiency improvement.
