摘 要:Aspen Simulation Workbook (ASW)是ASPEN软件中的一种功能强大的工具,在化工工艺设计中起着至关重要的作用。本文介绍了ASW软件的主要特点,并对其在石油化工工艺设计过程中的应用进行了深入讨论研究。ASW软件在化工领域的成功应用改变了传统的设计信息独立分散的设计模式,在充分保证数据的准确性和一致性的基础上,将工艺设计及自控领域中之前相互割裂的数据整合到一个标准的数据结构中,使得工艺设计人员从繁琐的数据录入与核对中解放出来,大幅度提高了工艺设计的整体效率和质量。Process simulation software plays a vital role in petrochemical engineering design,and pays more attention to its efficient application.In this paper,the main features of ASW software are introduced,and its application in petrochemical process design is discussed in depth.The successful application of ASW software in the field of chemical engineering has changed the traditional design mode of independent and decentralized design information.On the basis of fully guaranteeing the accuracy and consistency of data,the previously separated data in the field of process design and automatic control is integrated into a standard data structure,freeing process designers from tedious data entry and verification.Greatly improve the overall efficiency and quality of engineering design.
