摘 要:由于大型轻质油低压立式储罐体积大、耗材多,结构优化设计对节约材料、降低制造成本具有重要意义。本文针对5000立方大型轻质油低压立式储罐,选择合适的材料,按照最新设计标准SH/T3167-2012《钢制焊接低压储罐》,完成了对储罐的罐底、罐壁、罐顶以及承压环的设计。在此基础上,以罐体内径、罐壁底层壁厚、拱顶系数和拱顶壁厚作为设计变量,建立了一定体积和满足强度要求的前提下,储罐材料体积最小的优化目标函数,确定了约束条件,运用MATLAB软件对优化数学模型求解,完成了优化设计,得到了储罐最优化结构。与常规设计相比,优化设计后,材料节省了5.34%,共节约材料6829 kg,达到了储罐用材最省的目标。Due to the large volume and low volume of light oil vertical storage tank,it is very important to optimize the structure design for saving material and reducing manufacturing cost.According to 5000 cubic large light low pressure vertical oil storage tank,choosing the right materials,in accordance with the latest standards of SH/T3167-2012 steel welded low pressure storage tank,through the bottom of the tank and the tank wall,tank top and pressure ring design,completed the regular size tank design.And on this basis,selecting the tank diameter,the bottom of the tank wall thickness,vault coefficient and vault wall thickness as design variables,the optimized objective function of the minimum volume of the storage tank material is established under the precondition of certain volume and the requirement of strength,and the constraint conditions are determined.Using the MATLAB software for solving optimization mathematical model,completed the design,got the tank structure.Compared with the conventional design,and optimize the design saved material 5.34%,save 6829 kg,reached the tank material minimum objective.
