摘 要:针对高压大直径气体冷却器固定管板结构存在管壳程过大的温差应力、厚壁换热管的对流传热系数降低及换热管管头焊接接头可靠性降低的风险等问题,对高压气体冷却器结构进行了设计改进,将高压冷侧介质与低压热侧介质进行互换,将高压冷侧介质放到管程,并采用折流杆支撑U型管束结构,避免了壳程膨胀节引起的安全隐患,加强了换热管管头焊接接头的连接可靠性。利用高压换热器设计技术,对每一个设计细节进行充分地考虑,保证设备的安全运行。In response to the risks of excessive temperature difference stress on the tube shell side,reduced convective heat transfer coefficient of thick walled heat exchange tubes,and reduced reliability of welded joints in the fixed tube plate structure of high-pressure large-scale gas coolers,structure design improvements were made to the high-pressure gas cooler.The high-pressure cold side fluid was exchanged with the low-pressure hot side fluid,and the high-pressure cold side fluid was placed on the tube side.A rod baffle was used to support the U-shaped tube bundle structure,avoiding safety hazards caused by shell side expansion joints and enhancing the reliability of the connection of heat exchange tube and tube-sheet welded joints.By utilizing high-pressure heat exchange design technology,all design details is fully considered to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
